Carrie L. Baird, co-founder of ExhaustCLEAN, Inc, has been in the facilities maintenance industry since 1990. Carrie’s duties over the past 20 years have included customer service and sales and marketing as well as administration. Carrie is from Louisville, KY and studied public relations and advertising at Western Kentucky University. She has been married to Robert Baird for 30+ years and they have raised 4 children. They have lived in Cary, NC since 1986. Carrie’s primary role at ExhaustCLEAN is customer communication satisfaction and new sales.
Robert S. Baird, co-founder of ExhaustCLEAN, Inc, has been in the facilities maintenance industry since 1979. Robert’s facility industry disciplines include exhaust system cleaning and maintenance, fire suppression inspection and installation, HVAC, pest elimination and carpet cleaning. His duties over the past 30 years have included all components of running successful operations with revenues up to $5M. These disciplines include operations, human resources and administration. Robert’s primary role at ExhaustCLEAN is to ensure the management of the day-to-day service operations.
Brian Baird joined the ExhaustCLEAN team in 2012. Brian graduated from Appalachian State University in 2008 with a double major in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance. Brian has held multiple sales roles throughout his career and worked almost every job in the restaurant/hospitality industry through college. Brian’s primary duties include sales operations and marketing. Brian currently lives in Raleigh with his fiancée.
